The telephone interview process varies depending on the position and it is not applicable to each position. Remaining processes will be continued as based on the favorableness of the candidate.

Candidates will be assessed as much as objectively on the basis of the replies given by the candidates as based on certain percentages considering the score weighting of the questions and the exam scores. The candidates remaining at the last are the candidates who have a score over the minimum passing score. All processes will be completed with such candidates.

We offer boarding at all of our facilities except for the Akra Hotels, located at the city center of Antalya.

Yes. We, as the BHM Group, evaluate the competencies of all of our staff members primarily. The necessary trainings are identified and planned by considering the requirements of the position, training needs analysis and the own experience and fund of knowledge of the individual. Besides, our staff members are provided with training support, the cost of which are borne by our Group, for English, German and Russian foreign language training at all levels as well as vocational trainings so as to cover all staff members irrespective of the fact that whether they have graduated from elementary school or completed a master's degree.
